Boston Blotter: Too Much Information

102207-party-police.jpgAhhh … BPD News is back. However, somebody hit "Publish" a few times, and the "Daily Incidents for Wednesday, December 12" appears several times.

No matter, welcome back! And how could we resist a headline like "Do You Want to Tell the Police This?" A man marched into Roxbury B-2 on Wednesday night to tell police that he took a ride in an illegal cab. While in the cab, he and a friend decided to spend some time with a hooker. While with the hooker, the cab took off, taking the man's clothes and money. Well, he was soliciting, but he still got robbed.

--Also on the BPD Blotter for Wednesday, if you try to evade police while driving a tour bus, chances are pretty good that someone will find you and arrest you.

--On Thursday morning in Jamaica Plain, police were called to a residence because a woman's neighbor entered the house. While in the house, the neighbor made like Goldilocks: "The victim told officers that her neighbor entered her apartment, ate some cake and then sought out her daughter’s bed in order to take a nap." The neighbor decided she liked it there and would not leave when asked to do so. Police got involved, and the neighbor didn't want to move when she saw them, either. That reluctance to get out of the bed that was not her own led to her arrest.

--In a snow-related incident, a man who parked on Blue Hill Avenue early Friday morning became enraged when police prepared to tow his car. He got in the car and wouldn't leave, yelling, "I don't have to listen to some little Boston police officer!" He was arrested for Disorderly.

All charges alleged until proven under law.
