--Tracy Morgan is in town. Watch the Track Girls the next day because something crazy is bound to happen. And if you see any Tracy-Morgan-related wildness, send a tip! Even the Comedy Connection felt pressed to issue a warning: "This stand-up show contains very sexually explicit material and the strongest language imaginable. This show is for mature audiences only." He'll be at the Comedy Connection at Faneuil Hall tonight and tomorrow night. Shows at 8:00 pm and 10:15 pm on Friday and shows at 7:00 pm, 9:00 pm, and 11:15 pm on Saturday. More info from the Comedy Connection.

Music
--Benefit for Jeanne Sheehy at T.T. the Bear's with Jules Verdone, The Douglas Fir, Baker, Francine, The Gravel Pit. 10 Brookline St., Cambridge, 9:10 pm. More info about the benefit shows for Sheehy.

--The frontman for BILL has Down's Syndrome, but that hasn't stopped him from rocking out with his band. We took a listen to "The Spider" on the band's MySpace, and it sounds like Tortoise backing up a trippy vocalist. They'll be at the Abbey Lounge, 3 Beacon St., Somerville. $8. 10:30 pm.
