The ever-reliable National Enquirer is, according to AOL Fanhouse, spreading the word that Tom Brady will ask his panty-model girlfriend to marry him … but only if he gets a Super Bowl ring. If true, then he wants a ring as much as she (theoretically) does.

The Track Girls say the Brady Ring Thing story is bunk, which sets up an amusing battle between the Enquirer and the Track Girls. Who would win that fracas?

All tabloid battle royalles aside, Brady's mug has been all over the press after the New England Patriots finished their winning season. He is now part of the SmartWater ad campaign, which suggests that if you drink SmartWater, you'll look as fresh-faced as a cast member of Friends.

The presence of Brady in that ad campaign suggests that he's becoming more like Gisele Bundchen by the hour, not by the day. He is carefully posed and beautifully lit in each shot. Bostonist perused the photos up at With Leather and got a kick out of the helicopter one, in which Brady leaves the helicopter while wearing an intense expression. What's he thinking? Is he wondering if he'll make more than Manning this year? Is he aimed straight for his panty model?

Or is he--please, oh please--focused on keeping this year's record perfect? Or, is he thinking, "Damn. I can't believe I am this hot."
