--Alexander Pring Wilson, who was convicted of manslaughter for the 2003 stabbing of Michael Colono in Cambridge and then tried again, has pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter. He will serve two years and one day. [Boston Globe]

--The three men behind Massachusetts Care International, which was accused of using its money to fund writings that supported Islamic militant groups, were found guilty yesterday of conspiracy to defraud the United States. [Boston Globe]

--A woman and two children were struck and killed on I-495 North in Lowell last night. They were trying to cross the interstate when they were hit by two cars. She had been driving in the wrong direction when she pulled over and tried to cross. WCVB is saying that the two children were the woman's niece and nephew. [WBZ, WCVB]

--Memo to Mitt Romney: "Ground Zero" is not a positive term. The New York Times was kind when it wrote that his choice of words while speaking in Michigan was "unfortunate." [New York Times]

--The MBTA is going to install more cash machines in stations, which is good for the T in that banks had to bid for ATM spots. But is having all that money flying around good for public safety? [Boston Herald]

--Johnny Cupcakes sounds like a sweet name, but Billabong might find out that those cupcakes are sour. It seems that Billabong ripped off one of Johnny Cupcake's designs, and Cupcakes owner Johnny Earle is pissed. [Boston Magazine]
