<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ll run the risk of being called a homer but I don&apos;t think the 2nd half was as close as everyone says it was. Jax gave the Pats their best shot in the 1st half. In the 2nd half, Jax got the best from the Pats and the Jags touchdowns turned into field goals.

Now I&apos;ll nitpick.

Laurence Maroney played great. About time, dude. He was on after the game explaining that he played like that all season and anybody who criticized him for his, at times, uninspired play is ignorant because they never played running back. Look Laurence, play well now and shut up and Boston will welcome you.

Steve Burton of Ch. 4 continues to baffle me. How can he conduct &apos;&apos;interviews&apos;&apos; with players from his knees?
