Another break-in happened at Romney Headquarters early this morning in the North End. At first blush, it could have been political. The two men arrested by the BPD were from Cambridge, which doesn't exactly show Mitt Romney the love.
The pair pled not guilty. According to the DA's Office, they were caught driving from the parking lot after a security guard said he saw them trying to steal computer equipment. When police "removed" them from the car (DA's language), two bottles of Bud fell out, which added an open container charge to the case.
Team Romney can breathe easy since the incident sure didn't look like Watergate. It's more like Budgate.
All charges alleged until proven under law. Bostonist hasn't had the opportunity to use the "Beer" poster in a while. It seems more appropriate than a photo of Romney.

Where else could we determine the voter registration status of burglary suspects? Who else would care? Gad, this town is pathetic..
