Boston Blotter: Good Samaritans Fight Crime in Dorchester

--A security guard and two other individuals chased down a robber who had stolen from a 66-year-old woman yesterday as she exited a Dorchester convenience store. BPD officers responding to the crime were directed to the suspect by the pack of Good Samaritans. [BPD News]
--A man was killed last night outside a White Hen Pantry in Lynn; he was shot twice in the chest. Very few details are yet available. [Boston Globe]
--Police are searching for a man suspected in the murder of his Medfield resident ex-wife. He is considered armed and dangerous. Police previously questioned him about the murder, but let him go. They issued a warrant for his arrest on Friday. [WBZ]
