Boston Blotter: Hit-and-Run in Dorchester

crime_scene_tape.jpg--A 9-year-old was injured in a hit-and-run in Dorchester overnight. [WBZ]

--The BPD put out an alert regarding a man who attempted to kidnap a girl in South Boston on Tuesday. The man attempted to get her into his car, but she ran away. He is described as "a white male, in his late 30’s, with black and gray hair, an oval face, a dime-sized mole under his right eye, long nose and deep voice." [BPD News]

--A bizarre road rage incident unfolded in Cambridge on Harvard Street on the 5th. A man and a woman who were driving separate cars got into a fight, and the woman claimed that the driver got in the car and rammed her in the knees. [Cambridge Chronicle]

--A federal bankruptcy judge who worked in Boston was arrested for drunk driving in New Hampshire--while dressed as a woman (in a black cocktail dress and fishnets, to be precise). He has since resigned. It isn't clear if he resigned because of the DUI charge or the references to cross-dressing. [Fox 25]

--Massachusetts' most wanted sex offender has been caught in San Diego. [WBZ]

--Bad: A car ran a red light at Western Avenue in Brighton. Worse: The car hit a State Police cruiser. [WBZ]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
