OK, so just what does it take to fire Grabauskas' ass, along with anyone else complicit in this latest scandal, and, maybe, get some competent people running the T?

the mbta is pathetic, and really reflects poorly on boston. it's suck a joke. this has happened to me several times. i work 11am-7pm and i have to take one of those scarce mid-day buses from South Boston to the Financial District. I waited for about a half hour in the windy, freezing cold and no bus came, when in that time, two buses should have come. I wrote to the Write to the Top and customer complaint section and never heard back. God, I really hate the MBTA.

The MBTA needs a massive overhaul. Where is the Governor? Where is the Legislature? This is absolutely unacceptable. It is absolutely appalling that the T has purposely falsified schedules because it cannot deliver reliable transportation.
