A line from the article: "The [Massachusetts Convention Center Authority] believes [the ceiling] was installed for fire protection." Uh, how do you not know why a ceiling was installed? --Members of the firefighters union walked out of a meeting in front of the state board yesterday, and the fight is still over drug testing. Boston Firefighters Union Local 718 president Ed Kelly says he wants Mayor Menino to negotiate face-to-face.
