The woman who filed a temporary restraining order against Randy Moss just before the Super Bowl dropped the order and asked for the case to be closed.
What exactly happened between the woman and Moss was unclear, except that it involved her hand. Moss' attorney said, "There has finally been acknowledgment that the injuries were not intentionally inflicted."
The incident had been ugly before this sudden change and included accusations that Moss's people were trying to pay the alleged victim's people "hush money" and not-so-subtle hints that Moss's mind might have been impaired when the woman was hurt.
