Rebecca Watson, Brookline resident who won the Public Radio Talent Quest with "Skepchick," is back with a lecture series named "Skeptics in the Pub." The lecture this time is "Defending Evolution the Right Way" by Mike the Mad Biologist from Seed Magazine, but we'd love it if they'd talk about those dudes who say they found ghosts at Middleborough Town Hall. The Coolidge Corner Theater will begin its retrospective honoring producer Jeremy Thomas. They will begin with a screening of the sumptuous saga The Last Emperor, directed by Bernardo Bertolucci. 7:00 pm.
