Book It: April Book Events

npm.gifBostonist is expanding our book coverage for all you bibliophiles out there. We'll be bringing you regular "Book It" posts featuring monthly, weekly, and daily overviews of book events you should be attending in and around town. The first week of April is packed with big names, from Kurt Vonnegut's son to Jhumpa Lahiri to Jorie Graham to Tobias Wolff to Isabel Allende, and later in the month Cokie Roberts, Germaine Greer, Lois Lowry, Howard Zinn, and many others will be joining us as well. Peruse the comprehensive schedule of literary events after the jump and don't forget--April is National Poetry Month, so try to appreciate at least one poet in the next 30 days. Events with * asterisk action are Bostonist picks!
