Boston Blotter: Stabbing in JP; Double Shooting in Southie
-- A stabbing this afternoon in Jamaica Plain has left one person hospitalized and another in custody, authorities say. The incident may have been the result of a domestic dispute. [Globe]
-- Two men were found shot this morning in the McCormick Housing Development in South Boston. The victims, 18 and 23 years old, were taken to Boston Medical Center where they are suspected to survive. Authorities have not suggested any motives in the shootings, and no arrests have been made. -- A woman in the dressing room of Mint Julep, the Brookline boutique, was attacked by a man in his 30s, police say. The suspect, described as Hispanic and 5'5" with a medium build, has not been caught and is wanted for indecent assault. [Brookline Police Blog]
-- A man is wanted on the Cape for impersonating a police officer and trying to abduct a high school girl. Police say the suspect had a dash mounted light that he used to pull the 17 year old victim over on the highway. He then allegedly offered her an ultimatum: a kiss and a ride or a speeding ticket.
