A collision between two drunk drivers also involved a bike. Gary Sanborn of Marshfield lost his driver's license 10 years ago due to his fourth drunk driving offense. He was biking on Route 139 when Adrian MacKinnon, 44, of Marshfield, hit and killed him. MacKinnon's license was suspended immediately because he refused alcohol testing, and he was arrested and charged with motor vehicle homicide. [WCVB]
