Pecesofanon --

From the Mass. Lawyers article (Dlott is Housh's attorney):

"'The day they filed this complaint was scheduled to be the last day of his probation on a federal conviction he had for pirating software,' Dlott explains. "He served three months [in prison] and was on his last day of probation when they filed the complaint, but as a result of this, the federal probation has been extended.'"

I do not know the particulars of his conviction.

Something people should know. Terryeo, who has already posted here, despite what he says, is an OSA shill. The OSA or Office of Special Affairs (previously known as Guardians Office) is the cult of scientologys black ops. Terryeo has been banned for life from such wikis as Wikipedia. There is a whole page up about him at http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/Terryeo should you be interested in more info.

When called on this, that he is an appologist and shill for the OSA he always comes back with either "you dont know what you are talking about" or "others use my name to post under and make me look bad, probably the trash from Anonymous".

Another thing to keep in mind. The Cult of scientology may refer to itself as a religion, mostly because it blackmailed the IRS into giving it a 501 (c) 3 religios tax exemption but that is about to change. While the records were sealed by the IRS in regards this cults exemption, there is currently a law suit going in Federal court to have this exemption removed or, barring removal, giving the cult only the same powers allowed other religions rather than the "special" privaliges they are currently afforded.

Either way, Terryeo is a scilon shill and the cult is not a bonafide religion. Anonymous is winning and some of us WILL NOT STOP until we have outed and taken down literally every last one of the cults leaders.

Really, Terryeo? I am reminded of Paulette Cooper. Critics of Scientology have been persecuted and harassed for years by both the legal filings of the church and the framing attempts documented in the Paulette Cooper case (dubbed Operation:Freakout).

Gregg is being sued because the organization of Scientology discovered his name - not because there is any truth to the allegations. That is the essence of a frivolous lawsuit.

Anonymous thanks unmasked people for helping, for courageously lending their aid while risking prosecution and even death by publicly opposing Scientology. Anonymous points out that the harassment the public critics known as Unanimous have to endure are the most telling reason of all as to why Anonymous continues to wear masks. The harassment of the church against private citizens who disagree with them is the best reason to become - and remain - Anonymous.

You don't have to look too far to find out that user "terryeo" is just a mouthpiece for Scientology and a member of their Office of Special Affairs.

Anything they say cannot be trusted for impartiality. It is sick and sad that they resort to internet plants in order to pretend they have support.

It's curious that Terryeo is trying to cite the US Constitution in order to defend the "church" of Scientology.

What Mr. Terryeo is failing to acknowledge is that he has no factual basis for his claims of threats and violence. I've seen the username "Terryeo" posted many times before, on several different internet entities. Every time Terryeo comments, it is ad hominem attacks against critics of his pyramid scheme cult and factually void allegations against this bait-and-switch religion. I will not tell anyone reading to discount his statements, but to merely educate yourself rather than believe anything anyone says blindly.

The -fact- is that the "church" of Scientology is simply looking to ruin another life by its harassing litigation of a person who has been guilty of nothing more than putting his name on public record to file for a protest permit. Really now, how many morally bankrupt terrorists organizations take the time to file for permits before organizing protests where the chief weapons are laughter and desserts?

It is laughable to think that this corrupt corporation, posing as a religion, will continue to get away with such frivolous actions. This day in court for Mr. Housh has already begun to be debated by legal professionals and scholars on the lack of merit regarding the claims against him. Every action that the management of the "church" of Scientology takes brings it closer to revealing itself to the world for what it is: a bastarization of a man's teachings in order to turn a profit at any cost.

Again, educate yourselves. The information exists for all to see if you only know where to look. You can try looking within the "church" of Scientology, but make sure you bring your checkbook or your lawyer before asking questions. Otherwise, exscientologykids.com, enturbulation.org, xenu.net, goanonymous.org, or simply google "Fair Game," "Operation Freakout," "Operation Snow White," ot "Why are they dead?"

Nice try, except that there is no evidence that this specific person (Gregg Housh) did ANY of the things you are accusing Anonymous of in your comment.

Our Constitution allows us freedom of peaceable assembly. It also allows us freedom to practice religion in peaceable ways. It is rare to see these rights come into conflict. Anonymous has used some creativity in order to bring these two rights into conflict.

If anonymous had not announced that it intended to bring the Church down, if 1000s of threatening emails, phone calls and faxes had not been made, the situation might be a civil one. Unfortunately that is not what happened.

Anonymous would have religious assembly huddle in a building, its members the target of death threats and fake anthrax mailings. I am reminded of an earlier but similar situation some years ago in the South. The church parishioners couldn't leave their church without verbal abuse and, sometimes, thrown objects.
