Damn, I really like the Milky Way, and would also hope that tenants refuse to pay their exorbitant rent demands. From a purely business point of view, these two have got to be kidding themselves. Do they really think they are going to get $24,000 a month plus upkeep for a midsize space in an out-of-the-way location? I don't know the first thing about real estate, but it's not like that block is swarming with businesses.

the VERY IDEA of what those landlords are doing makes me ill - I hope that not one single tenant will ever use that space again and that the Milkyway undo all of the improvements and upkeep they have paid for over the years since those seemed to be worth nothing...
