<description>&lt;p&gt;Damn, I really like the Milky Way, and would also hope that tenants refuse to pay their exorbitant rent demands. From a purely business point of view, these two have got to be kidding themselves. Do they really think they are going to get $24,000 a month plus upkeep for a midsize space in an out-of-the-way location? I don&apos;t know the first thing about real estate, but it&apos;s not like that block is swarming with businesses.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
