Dot Ave East

--Natives are fleeing Massachusetts, while the state is having trouble encouraging people to move here. Apparently four years of college--and four Boston winters--just about does it for a lot of people. [Boston Globe]

--The debate over whether or not Pine Street Inn can open transitional housing in the South End rages on. [Boston Globe, earlier background on the situation from The South End Is Over]

--Tufts students might have another reason to get up in arms about the Naked Quad Run. Another Web site has posted photos from the run on the Web, and the site owner is unrepentant: "But Coccozella believes that if people participate in a nude event, they should be aware that photographs of their bodies might be disseminated without their consent." [Tufts Daily]

--No, that's not a dead animal in the street. That's a wig lost in a catfight. [Shamrag]
