-- Ted Sorenson was the personal advisor to John F. Kennedy and the ghostwriter of the president's Pulitzer Prize winning Profiles in Courage. -- Every word of dialogue in The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (1964) is sung, adding an element of absurdity to overlooked director Jacques Demy's masterpiece.
