Boston Blotter: Man Shot Dead in Dorchester

-- Paul R. Stanley, the defrocked priest who was convicted in 2005 on rape and assault charges, has challenged the "repressed memory" evidence that put him behind bars. He has requested a new trial to revisit the question of whether he raped and fondled a young boy in his Sunday school during the 1980s.
