-- The arraignment hearing of Kenneth Mauras, a 17-year-old Roslindale youth who faces charges of hit and run following a Hyde Park drag racing escapade, was the scene of a mêlée yesterday morning. -- While Boston cab drivers are fighting to charge higher fares, Cambridge cabbies are simply fighting their fares. Rafael Cuellar, 23, of Milton repeatedly punched his 51-year old cabbie in the head early Saturday morning when the hack refused to bang and illegal U-turn, police say. The cabbie drove the fight to a police station, where Cuellar was eventually arrested. He faces charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and carrying a dangerous weapon.
