-- Be careful if you are driving around Central Square tonight; there will be a lot of pedestrians dressed all in black. Bostonist was shocked to learn that goth standard-bearers Christian Death still performs; the band will be in Cambridge tonight, where the air will smell more like clove cigarettes than usual. Putt-Putt

-- It's an off night for the Red Sox, which means only one thing: celebrity putt-putt golf. Jason Varitek's annual fundraiser assigns a Sox player to each hole, to make sure that participants don't skip the water hazards. Ferncroft Country Club, Middleton, 6:00pm. Sold Out.
