Its kinda nice reading this since I go to Wentworth. No I don't know the guys but I have lived in that particular dorm. Just wanna say a few things. It is not uncommon for the girls to leave the curtains up while they do the deed. Also, Ive been in that building. Ive seen girls walking in the hallway in their bra and shorts once. And lastly, it is not uncommon to see them making out in front of the building. They like putting on a show. I am in NO WAY defending those 2 guys however, the blame rests equally on both parties. The guys decided to pull out a camera and post it on DC, and the girls decided, like most of the time, to leave the shades up. I'd be willing to bet they were cocked out of their mind. The video sucked anyways. There was a dresser partially in the way.

When this sort of thing happens to anyone else, no one starts bleating about common sense and how golly, it's certainly horrible, but those girls asked for it by not drawing their blinds. Sorry you disagree--but I for one, think that people should be held responsible for criminal acts, and that someone forgetting to draw the blinds once does NOT deserve the Monday morning quarterbacking from the peanut gallery. NOT filming and posting the footage of the activities of someone in their own home is common sense.

JocelynCeleste- I really don't think these two girls really cared if anyone saw them through the windows. Why should they? They have NOTHING to take responsibility for. The kids VIDEOTAPING and then DISTRIBUTING a recording of them? That's the only issue here, and it's rather clear that blame rests only on them.

PChan, I'm sorry if you disagree, but it's commmon sense we're talking about. I don't want people to see my trainwreck of a body when I'm getting changed - so I close the blinds. Plus I'm doing the world a service. The guys are in the wrong, but the girls need to take responsibility too. I feel bad for the girls,I would die if that happened to me. But I do whatever I can to make sure it doesn't.

I'm not from the fair city of Boston, so at first I thought this had something to do with Wentworth Miller. I was disappointed that there weren't going to be nude shots of him popping up on the net! ;)

They didn't just "see" what these women were doing, they ACTIVELY MADE THE CHOICE to tape it and put it on the internet. But Jocelyn, this this jackass agrees with you--he tried to make this same excuse. Apparently, the decision was made for him, and he's just a helpless little lamb. And he had to prove he was cool and not some basement dwelling loser. . . by acting like a basement dwelling loser. I'm willing to bet that a Black man who lived in the neighborhood would have the book thrown at him for doing the same thing. White college boys have more rights than the rest of us, I guess.

If you don't want people to see what you're doing - close your blinds. What they guys did was unforgivable, but curtains or blinds would have prevented all of this.

I have a feeling these kids will be let off the hook becasue someone will see this as boys being boys. I don't understand why there weren't any criminal charges pressed, it's disgusting. Why is this any different from a creepy perv placing a camera in a women's restroom? Oh right because it's two well to do college kids from Wentworth and not some pervy old man, I forgot. The attitude that these kids have is the same that some college kids have towards rape "she was asking for it..."
