-- Boston's Gay Pride Parade is a massive celebration of rights in culture in the first state in the country to legalize same-sex marriage. Whether you roll with the Femmes and Friends Contingent, the East Coast Biker Chicks, the Boston Gay Men's Chorus, or the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts, there is sure to be a float to catch your fancy. Dirty Water and Love Thereof

-- On the other side of the Charles, the Cambridge River Festival brings a day of diverse music, arts activities and installations, and tons of things for children to do. Noon-6:00pm. [More information.]

-- Chronologically-organized vintage boutique History hosts designer Karina Cousineau and her breezy, versatile jersey dresses and skirts, all of which will be generously discounted 10-50%. (Hooray!) Roller Derby

-- The Boston Derby Dames end their second skating season with a championship bout between the Wicked Pissahs and the Cosmonaughties. There won't be derby action for a few months after this event, so bring all your friends in a carpool. Shriners' Auditorium, 99 Fordham St., Wilmington, 5:00pm. $14.

Women Wrestling

-- Bostonist has seen dudes and monsters grappling inside the squared circle, and now we have a chance to see women. The Boston League of Women Wrestlers. Watch for dirty choke holds and hair pulling. Church of Boston, 69 Kilmarnock St., 9:00pm. $10.

Marathons

-- Advertising itself as "America's largest pub crawl," Beer Marathon will be visiting 26 bars in Boston and dragging participants along with it. [More information.]

Dudes Over Whom to Reminisce
