hmm... well there's plenty of bourbon chocolate pecan pie to go around for your own 'workshop' in your living room. we paired with a milk stout. delicious.

i had petsi's bourbon chocolate pecan pie on the tasting menu for a beer & chocolate pairing workshop i taught a couple weeks ago. it was fabulous!

I didn't know there was such a large anti-frosting contingency on here! I like frosting well enough, but I like pie dough even more :)

mmm, i HOPE pies are the new cupcakes. more tastiness, less nasty frosting.
