probably a glass armonica

 

Definitely a hydrocrystalophone.

 

As any self-respecting person growing up outside of Philadelphia would know, that indeed looks like a glass harmonica invented first by Ben Franklin.

 

I think her name is Vera Meyer. There's video of her playing it on YouTube. It sounds beautiful. Thanks for picking this picture. I learned a lot!
