Um, no.

The market price is the face value; anything over that is in the black-market. Granted, that sounds evil as black market usually means weapons and drugs. But, technically, ticket scalping is a black market that goes untouched.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Duquette did nothing wrong.  In fact, he is more in the right on this, in not scalping his ticket. What should be investigated are the surcharges that TicketMaster puts on things like this and how some organizations get tickets (that they scalp) that should be made available to the general public.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
