Wrong person doing the wrong job. Donald Stern is a former US Attorney. This former ineffective law enforcement official and now for hire lawyer resume includes his long tenure in Boston. Two words describe his inability to conduct any so called independent investigation, recommend prosecution if needed, or other determinations. That is for all Stern did not do in prosecutions and investigations on the BIG DIG that went from $2.3Billion to the $16-20 Billion before the tragedy ends as the national monument to the largest public works project in history that was riddled with waste, fraud, abuse, and corruption.
