Our colleague DCist offers details on the recent death of biker Alice Swanson, a former Northborough resident and Amherst College grad. Swanson died yesterday after being hit by a garbage truck in DC's Dupont Circle. It was the first fatal bike accident of the year in DC. WCVB has more.
