<p>I'm a transplant to Seattle after growing up in Boston. On my first day here I got a jaywalking lecture from a cop. Honestly, I barely even knew what jaywalking was. Eventually I began to notice that people here wouldn't cross against the light, even in a rainstorm at 2 in the morning.

I still jaywalk more than your average Seattlite, and I notice I have a lot more company these days.
