-- A Yarmouth cop shot a driver to death early yesterday as he fled a traffic blockade, according to authorities. Andre Martin, a 25-year-old Brazilian immigrant was killed by officer Christopher Van Ness. Martin, who leaves behind two children, had allegedly been driving faster than 80 miles per hour when police tried to stop his car.
