Bostonist just got word that a police car turned a corner and hit a stroller in a crosswalk in at the corner of Centre and Seaverns Ave in the heart of Jamaica Plain during First Thursday tonight. A witness who asked not to be identified said the baby was very small, went flying after the collision, and was crying. It was also said that the baby was taken away in an ambulance. The baby, the mom and the police involved in this tragic accident are in our thoughts. Bostonist is working on getting more information.
