-- Ask any hip-hop head to name the best rap duo out today and there is very good chance the answer will be The Clipse. The Virginia crack rappers, and producer Pharrell's childhood friends, made their name on the mixtape circuit while their album lingered in major label limbo. -- Without Halloween (1978), the holiday-themed slasher movie would never have emerged as a genre, and Hollywood's horror films would have run out of steam decades ago. Thank her or curse her as you prefer, but Jamie Lee Curtis -- stoned, scared, and pissed -- turns in a brilliant performance as damsel-in-distress-cum-avenging-angel.
