Boston Blotter: Evening Assaults Soak Hub in Blood

crime_scene_tape.jpg-- A four-year-old Roxbury boy was shot last night along with his 17-year-old cousin while the two sat on the back porch of a Jamaica Plain three decker. The 17-year-old, whom police suspect as the target of the assault suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his shoulder. The four-year-old underwent surgery at Boston Medical Center and has been reported in stable condition. Boston police arrested and released a 17-year-old suspect last night in connection with the crimes. The shooting took place on Bragdon Ave., between Columbus Ave. and Washington St. [Herald]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
