Concur about the need to vote. Even if the state is a forgone conclusion. Not only for the ballot questions, but there also might be local races that need your attention.

Since it's a foregone conclusion Obama will carry the state, perhaps you don't feel the need to vote. However, there are some important ballot questions up for review. Do you want dog racing to continue? What about income tax? And how do you feel about the criminal penalties for marijuana possession?
