If you missed the Bicycle Film Fest earlier this year, don't worry--you've still got a chance to cruise into some bike films this fall, complete with rolled-up pant leg and sweaty helmet head. The homegrown Boston Bike Film Fest is happening this weekend, and it boasts films about everything from recumbent bikes (those are the ones that make people screech, "What the crap is that person riding?") to pretzel-making to conservation. Friday's lineup includes "Bent" from Jane Machamer and Nancy Breaux, "Pretzel Ride" by Jacob Klensin, "Have Your Cake" from Ashley James, "Someone Faster" by Geoff Adams, and "Hybrid Pedal" from Dan Austin. Biking's much more than a way to get around. It's a lifestyle for many, so foster your biking lifestyle or get a peep into what these crazy bikers are all about this weekend at the Brattle.
