Your camera-toting Bostonist made a cameo appearance in City Hall Plaza for the Camp Sunshine Pumpkin Festival last night (with several thousand close friends). The event raised money for Camp Sunshine, which provides support for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. The 2006 event broke the Guinness World Record for most lit jack-o'-lanterns at one time. While it didn't look like the record was in jeopardy when we were there, it was a gorgeous evening nonetheless.
