That woman is famous in the Boston tango community for always wearing those shoes! She is a fantastic dancer, and it must be even harder to keep one's balance that high off the ground, but other Boston tangueros have nick-named her the girl with the "hooker" shoes.... which is probably not helped by the fact that those shoes are often accompanied by impossibly short skirts.
