-- If you sense a disturbance in the Force this weekend, it's probably because Boston's geeks have all gathered in one place. It's New England's Ultimate Fan Experience, and it features appearances by past cast members of Doctor Who, Star Trek, and Lost in Space. Featuring dealer tables, Star Wars fan films, a nerd prom, and a "Japanese rock show." Hyatt Regency, 575 Memorial Dr., Cambridge, 10 a.m. (through Sunday). $25 and up.
