I just went there for the first time last week. I love a good omelet, and the Paramount makes a fine omelet indeed.

Fresh carrot juice mixes was a plus--as were the breakfast potatoes--which although look undercooked (not a lot of color on those puppies) they are cooked in bacon fat and are delicious... Weekend brunch line is a bit nightmarish--not a great hangover spot since you'll be on your feet for at least a half hour--but Beacon Hill seems to function on this style of brunching--wait in line and only get a table once you get your food!
