I agree, Ryan. Facebook doesn't make anyone cheat. You can totally go into your privacy settings and uncheck the "Cheating" notifications. I hate those annoying pop-up "Would you like to cheat on your boyfriend now?"

What's truly news is that for once, a Globe commenter wrote in something sensible in response: " It's not Facebook that wrecked the relationship, it's having a sleazy boyfriend," writes MaureenM47. "In fact, she could say Facebook helped her -- without Facebook how long would it have taken to find out what he was really like?"
