Boston Blotter: Drugs Behind Cape Corpse

-- Police have identified the victim whose body was discovered on fire near Hyannis. 16-year-old Jordan Mendes was a drug dealer, police say, and they have arrested two 13-year-old suspects in the slaying, one of whom was Mendes's half-brother.
