Sunday Happenings

Brunch

-- Our old friend Socializing for Justice took our brunch advice to heart. This morning, the group hosts Brunch for Justice, with a side of sushi and home fries. JP Seafood Cafe, 730 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, 11 a.m. No admission.

Sex & Drugs & Birthdays

-- Sex and Drugs Trivia is always a good bet on a Sunday night, but tonight is special. It's Mistress Maureen's birthday. Check out the late night menu, including nachos and empanadas. The Savant Project, 1625 Tremont St., Roxbury, 8 p.m. No admission.

Wizard Rock

-- It's been a minute since Harry and the Potters rocked the Hub. If you're into that sort of thing, you probably already have tickets to the Middle East's fourth annual Yule Ball, which also features music from Draco and the Malfoys, Jason Anderson and the Best, the LeeVees, the Whomping Willows, and Dumbledore. If you don't, you're out of luck. The event is sold out. Middle East Downstairs, 472 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, 5 p.m. Sold out.
