<description>&lt;p&gt;After living in Boston for the past seven years, I&apos;ve noticed that there is always a lull in activities at this time of year.  I thought it was because most of the colleges are on break, since there&apos;s usually a pick-up in activity starting at the end of January.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
