Boston Blotter: East Boston Manslaughterer Pleads Guilty

-- Victor Rosario, a 21-year-old East Boston man, pleaded guilty to manslaughter today when he admitted that he beat a man to death with a baseball bat in 2007. [Suffolk County DA's Office]

-- A Brighton man was arrested early Saturday morning after he fired a sawed-off shotgun in his own apartment, apparently by accident, authorities say. [BPDNews]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
