Boston Blotter: Man Found Not Guilty in Cabbie Killing

-- Jashawn Robinson, 22, of Brighton, was acquitted today in the murder of Brookline cab driver Heureur Previlon, who was stabbed to death in 2005. Another man, Cleveland "Sleazy" Martin, had been found guilty in the killing last December. [Universal Hub]

-- Two 15-year-old boys were arrested Monday in Somerset for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl who sent a text message to police in the midst of the attack. [Herald]

-- Six teenage boys appeared before Falmouth District Court on charges of child pornography because they passed around a cell phone photo of a 13-year-old girl. [Herald]

-- A man in Barnstable arrived at the police station hoping to have a pair of handcuffs removed, only to be cuffed anew, due to outstanding warrants. [Herald]

All charges alleged until proven under law.
