It was clearly a logistical nightmare, but to take the position that you'd pass on shows at the venue because of what could be a one-time snafu at a preview event is utterly ridiculous. Damn the place all you want if such things continue, but at least give them an other opportunity to live down to your expectations. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll exceed them.</p>
