- A drunk 44-year-old attacked his fellow patrons at an East Boston Dunkin' Donuts with a studded belt last night, police say. [BPDNews]
- Kimberly Carmella Savini, a 30-year-old Somerville woman, was arraigned today for the December, 2008 stabbing murder of her boyfriend, 42-year-old Arnaldo Amado. Savini's attorney Maria Curtatone (Mayor Joe's sister) has claimed that Amado had been drunkenly assaulting Savini when the alleged stabbing took place. [Somerville Journal]
- Kevin Linnell, a 44-year-old East Falmouth man, was arrested yesterday on charges of child rape. [Herald]
