Notwithstanding the Globe's pre-obituary-feeling series on Ted Kennedy, there's good news about the senator: he's returning to D.C., presumably to resume his Senate duties.
Gordon Brown, Britain's Prime Minister, announced that Senator Kennedy is being awarded an honorary knighthood by his government. It's big news across the pond, too.
