Emerson College's WERS, far from the "werst" (ha!) radio station around town, has repeatedly been voted the best college radio station in the country by the Princeton Review. WERS celebrates its 60th anniversary tonight at the Cutler Majestic Theatre with Pete Yorn, Will Dailey, and several other pretty decent musicians who don't appear to have any particular connection to Emerson but in some cases (Will, Ryan) are at least local. It promises to be a blowout show of the type only WERS can throw. Attend to welcome WERS into her golden years.
